When life gets busy and you forget or need to cancel an appointment without giving us a heads-up, it can throw a wrench in our plans. Not only do we miss the chance to fill that time slot, but other clients eager for services miss out, too!

✨If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please give us 48 hours notice before your appointment.
✨Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice, as well as any no call/no show appointments, will be charged the full service of the appointment in order to protect the stylist's time and income.
✨Appointments booked within the 48 hour window are also subject to this policy.
✨If there is a late arrival of 15 minutes or more, your service may not be completed in full, and may even need to be rescheduled.
✨As much as we LOVE kids, we are an adults only salon. It is a safety concern for us and your babies, so we would love for you to book your appointment when you can come alone and enjoy some time for yourself!
✨PARKING CAN BE TRICKY! Please allow yourself ample time to find a spot before your appointment time.
✨In the event that we charge your card, we do give a courtesy call before that is made to assure the reason for the cancellation. We understand that illnesses happen and/or emergencies occur.
